Project scope
Renovation of 8 luxury cabins, 12 guest cabins and captain’s cabin. New construction of 14 guest cabins and corridors as well as renovation of public areas: bar, lounge, dining room and infirmary.
Summary
After a fire on board the ship, which was built in 1931, LIST was commissioned for renovation and partial refitting. Almost 55 meters high, the Sea Cloud I is one of the most beautiful four-mast sailboats to ever travel the seas. Today, with its white hull and impressive sail area of more than 3,000 m2, it crosses some of the most beautiful sailing regions of the world.
