Implementation as overall contractor. Design, architectural planning as well as interior design services including prototyping, implementation as a General Contractor of a turn-key total solution for all 109 room units and all public areas.
Under the name “aQi,” the LIST group, together with TUI Hotels and Resorts, created the first lifestyle hotel brand in the budget/leisure segment of holiday hotels.
Following the motto “Living – pure and smart,” LIST created a bridge between lifestyle and comfort with aQi, thanks to the company’s experience in demanding design and quality requirements.
The greatest challenge in setting up the prototype was to complete both planning and implementation in the shortest time possible. Construction started in May 2008 and the opening took place only seven months later – just in time for the beginning of ski season in December 2008.
