As General Contractor for the interior work from shell and core, provided interior furnishings of all 186 double rooms including bathrooms, 23 suites, 1 presidential suite, and all public areas such as restaurant, bar, café, conference rooms and spa and fitness areas
Summary
A uniform style with modern furniture, warm colors and the typical Sheraton Sweet Sleeper (SM) bed extends through all 186 rooms and 23 suites. A lobby bar, the café, Amber’s Bar, and the Anjou restaurant provide for culinary delights. As an architectural highlight, LIST engineered a two-story wine rack which extends from the lobby bar into the winter garden.
