Summary
“Preserve the past – shape the future.” Under this motto, LIST accomplished the revitalization of the Palais Coburg in Vienna into a luxurious Mecca of the senses. In addition to residences and offices, nine different event areas, a gourmet restaurant with wine lounge and a luxury hotel are located on a total usable surface of 16,205 m². Guests enjoy personal service and the advantages of the most modern technology in 36 individual suites, each with its own style.
