Interior design, including prototyping, and complete furnishing of the 4 star superior hotel with 116 double rooms, 6 suites, 3 extended-stay apartments, as well as all public areas of the hotel and all 15,000 m2 of thermal bath and spa areas, with 1,430 m² of water surfaces, 8 pool areas, various thermal saunas and separate bath and sauna areas, all as a turn-key total solution, including supply of the operating equipment (OS & E).

East meets West. Asia in southeast Austria. Directly before the gates of Vienna LIST created a nearby recreational oasis on over 6 hectares of almost undisturbed nature. Asian-inspired architecture and interior furnishings, high-quality materials, stylish aesthetics in all areas, a great love of detail, and attention to lines of energy and the rules of feng shui yield a holistic system and an innovation in this form that is unique in Austria.
The reduced language of color and shape derived from East Asian philosophies is conscientiously followed in the property interiors.
