Project scope
Implementation as general contractor of the interior work in all 225 rooms, 100 suites, presidential suite, 75 apartments as well as all public areas such as bars, restaurants, conference rooms, business center and offices, including supplying of the operating equipment (OS & E).
Summary
As the highest five-star hotel of Europe, this 164-meter tall hotel represents a new architectural symbol in the capital of Poland. In an area of 40,400 m², divided into 45 floors, LIST proved its services as general contractor for all the interior fittings as well as serving as complete supplier for the entire hotel furnishings for the first time.
