Erection as general contractor of the entire building including the interior work of the entire facility as a turn-key total solution.

The structure positions itself as a self-sufficient ensemble on the grounds of the Baden Regional Clinic and contains the new premises of the psychiatry and psychotherapy departments.
Through the conscious combination of wooden framing and exposed concrete sandwich elements, LIST achieved a very high construction-ecological standard. Important stylistic elements such as warm wooden materials, high window frontages and translucent blinds and sun screens reflect the cozy character of the building.
The nursing station, various examination and personnel rooms, as well as 16 single and double rooms are located in the first and second floor. With their private loggia, these serve as a place of retreat and are made cozy through the targeted selection of materials and colors.
Award: For the Baden Assisted Living project, List received the Lower Austrian Wood Construction Prize in 2009.
